After reading this book I have starting knitting the afghan that was in the book. I am also reading my new book.

Patsy, what a nice gift the book gave you...double the pleasure for your time. =) Perhaps some Gladys Tabor moments...tucked in there too. Your afghan looks cozy and you have a lot done!

I didn't know you could knit. I find knitting relazing. I don't try complicated patterns. Lately, I have been knitting dishcloths out of cotten thread which I like.
I enjoyed the book. If you have an IPOD, you can download books from the library and listen while you knit. Happy knitting.

I am not a knitter, but I do crochet, right now I am crocheting a baby afghan. Your afghan looks real nice, I hope you spend many wonderful hours cuddled up in it reading your books.

Your afghan is pretty. There was another series of books - - - maybe by Jane Peart - - - don't remember - - but they were about different areas and would have a story about a quilt. Then the pattern would be in the back.
