Banana Pudding

Get out vanilla cookies and 3 large bananas

in mixing bowl put 

1 cup of sugar

1/4 cup cornstarch

dash of salt

mix well

Pour 1/2 cup milk 

2 whole eggs if you want Meringue on 

top of pudding just use the yoke

and save the whites

Mix well

Put 1 1/2 cups  of milk in sauce pan

when milk simmers slowly add ingredients 

slowly stirring until thick

add 2 tablespoons of butter

1 teaspoon of vanilla 

stirring well

 let cool

Layer cookies in bottom of bowl ,lay slice banana 

using the 3 bananas and cookies

Pour warm  thick mix over each layer

 Make Meringue  and put on top.

I like using whip cream on top of mine

as I serve the pudding , warm or cold
