Today I would like to tell you about one of my favorite authors
Gladys Taber 1899-1980
She has 59 books and was a columnist for Ladies Home Journal the column was
"Diary of Domesticity" the year 1937
Family Circle magazine " Butternut Wisdom" 1959-1967
Her books made you feel so comfortable and warm and happy, you wish to be her friend and neighbor.
The books are out of print, I found most of my books at Alibris.com new and used books.

Interesting post....I like the old books.
I have a lot of old books on one of my bookshelves also. Every once in a while I like reading one of them. When I read them I have to remember they were written before cell phones, computers, or the internet. They take me back in time, so to speak.
