a Christmas  song about Baby Jesus, And this is what she said:

We have Easter?

I know it is true but never through about it that way.

History will show if you care to read it. That when a nation turns it's back 

On God's plan, He will bring judgment to that nation.

God gave each person a choice, believe on My Son Jesus Christ  or your human

Guns don't kill until the person that  make a choice to pull and shot.

Anna Did This For Me

My mother did these praying hands, after she died I took it from

her sewing basket. My sister got all her other sewing  things.

I have had it in my sewing basket from 2003 to now I showed it to Anna and she said it was done so well I should frame it. Anna  did all the embroidery wording for me.

I love it.

J, Anna's husband is very sick  and in the hospital she is setting with him day and night,

please add them to your prayer list.

New Project

My friend and I are going to frame some of her Cross Stich and something

my mother did long ago, I have been carrying it around in my sewing box

since she died in 2003. I can just hear her now " well it took you long enough."

The Move is Over

And now to get some project going. I have a lot of things in mind

like sort out family pictures to get them is order. Make sure names and dates are on them.

Ancestry

A lot of years and time  went in these books  researching our ancestors.
Now what to do with it and keep it safe?
I called the Tennessee Genealogy and they said they would like to have it .
Want that be nice when I started they had very little on our family's.

I Have To Get Back

to this quilt, it is big and I said I was not going to make big quilts any more.

Should have sent it out to have it quilted, like the Bennie said'

Not happy with the green color on it, but to late to tear it off.

I have one more quilt ready to make the Grandmother Flower

Garden. I will make two lap quilts out of it.

 What has slowed me down is pain in my right hand

I have had arthritis in my back for some time from a horse

fall back in the late 1980's. That is why I had to give up my job.

back in 2005 couldn't stand up long with out pain.

Now it is in my neck could that be why it is now in my hand?

My doctor just would not do much about it. Then I found out

I could not just make appointment with a Rheumatology doctor.

My doctor had to do a  referral then the rheumatologist  had to

think about taking me as a patient???

So that was months ago and out of the blue I get a letter saying

I have an appointment on Nov.24 2015 with the kind Rheumatologist. 

Medicare has changed  the rules for old people 70 and over. 

Like they say I should have taken the pill when I hit 70????

(Yes I am being sarcastic)

 

 

 



My Nook E-Reader

Has a problem It stop connecting  to Wi-Fi Wireless network

I can't download books any more. we have tried every source

of help.  Every thing in the house that works from our Wi-Fi 

is working but Nook. We understand many others are having

same problem----To bad for Barnes and Noble Bookstore.

Because we do have Kindle e-readers

My great- great- grand father's were Confederated Soldiers in 1861-1864, and lived

But thank God there was one great- great-grandfather that was a

Union Soldier he is still a  honorable man in 2015  and he died 1864,

in the war  (thank God also) he had my great grand mother

in 1858 before he went to war or I would not be here.

 

In 1963 In the book "To Kill A Mockingbird"  Atticus Finch played by Gregory Peck was

a symbol of perfect man in America.  Now in 2015 he is a bigot.

 

Something tells me I don't live in the same America I was born into in 1939

From The Past

Came across this old picture of my grandmother and mother
with my sister and three cousins.
Mother is holding me, this had to be taken in 1940's the little girl standing
on the steps and me are the only ones that are still living. My sister is the tall girl on the steps. The
baby lived, just  died a few years ago. The little boy died not long after this was taken.
I think we were visiting them in Saint Louis Missouri.
